Planning & scope
We break your project into clearly defined stages, outlining materials, timelines, and specifications in detail. Every decision is documented, so the scope is settled and agreed before it is priced.
Fixed-price proposal & contract
You receive a detailed fixed-price proposal built on what the investigation actually found, so you know exactly what is included before work starts. It is a true fixed price, never cost plus, with no hidden costs and no ambiguity. Once approved, we lock in your schedule and prepare for the build phase.
Build phase
Your project is professionally managed with clear communication, organised subtrade coordination, and efficient scheduling. We provide regular updates throughout, keeping you informed every step of the way while maintaining quality workmanship and steady progress.
Handover
